I have been with Moore Heating And Air a.k.a. NOW Moore Home Services since the beginning. Service is great workers are great and always nice! I highly recommend them. If ever a complication , they’re on it quickly so give them a try. I’ve never regretted it. They have installed a new full home air conditioning unit, plumbing fixtures as well as a new heater, got rid of my old water tank and added a new hot water on demand fixture. I highly recommend them! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Moore's service technicians, Mike and Austin, were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We knew our furnace was on its last legs before their visit and their explanation of its current condition helped us to decide to install a new one, which will be done by Moore Home Heating and Cooling. We like Moore very much because it's reliable and has well-trained employees. We highly recommend them.

Outstanding service as always. The trainer is very professional, knowledgeable, and has good communication skills. He was supportive and engaged the trainee in the work to be done. Both coordinated the report at the end of the visit. They worked well together and answered all my questions.

Moore did a repair service call for my furnace and has also done a couple of checkups to ensure all is working well. I was, of course very pleased with the work. However, and more important is that I recently recommended Moore to two of my neighbors who were having problems with their furnaces. Both told me how well treated they were and that their furnaces were now working correctly. I highly recommend Moore.

I have been a client with Moore Hearting and Plumbing for at least 10 years. They have very friendly, knowledgeable staff, that I trust. Alex came over today to flush out water heater and inspect our sinks and plumbing. He did an excellent preventative maintenance that was free. Yeah! Thank you Moore! See you next year!

Came home from a weekend away to a non-functional heater! I fussed around with it to the best of my YouTube-enabled abilities but after a day of freezing my butt off, I decided to call the pros. Moore's tech showed up at my home the very next day and had me up and running again in no time! The technician (Jeff) was a delight to work with. He was professional and took time to explain and show me what was going on. I felt I was in very good hands. I will definitely be relying on their service in the future!

Once again, Moore has provided stellar service! I have been a customer for years and have always had a great experience. Sean and James came out for a furnace inspection and cleaning. They were experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. I have a 20 year old furnace, and by showing me the pictures of the inside, explained what was happening and what may come up in the future with this older furnace. They graciously answered all of my questions and explained aspects of this furnace that I was unaware of. As always, everything is left immaculate when the leave. Thank you Moore for always having wonderful employees!

They were very respectful, respectful of the property, did a great job and went above and beyond, patiently explaining everything to my friend.
